The Northern California DX Foundation (NCDXF) has announced the W7OO Contribution Challenge. Long-time DXer Bill Everett, W7OO, is challenging the worldwide DX community to contribute to NCDXF, which supports and promotes DXpeditions all over the globe. W7OO will match contributions received by NCDXF between October 15 and December 31, 2013.

“This is a terrific opportunity to make your contribution count,” said NCDXF Vice President Glenn Johnson, WØGJ, in announcing the challenge. “If your employer has a matching contribution program your gift of $50 will result in $200 to NCDXF!”

Contributions to NCDXF are tax deductible under IRS 501(c)(3) rules. For more than 50 years, NCDXF has funded major DXpeditions to many “most wanted” DXCC entities.

“The credit for these large grants goes to the NCDXF contributors who make DX like this possible,” Johnson said.
