| I vote yes and concur with those who say the basic certificate should be a free download. If someone is willing to pay $10 extra for ARRL to print and mail a gold leaf copy, go for it, and why not go a step further and see if you can sell trophies for $500? Nonetheless, the basic certificate should be a free download for this entry-level certification. P.S, my original "Joined" date was in the early '60's as KN1ZLX |
