| Those particular cards are still valid, even though the USSR is no more. The UKØ will count as Asiatic Russia, the UA2 will count as Kaliningrad and the UA3 will count as European Russia. While DXCC entities come and go, the various "Union Republics" of the old USSR always counted a separate entities, so when the USSR broke up, there was no change to the DXCC status of those entities. | ||
