http://www.arrl.org/ has a very serious, intermittent problem. I've noticed this for some weeks now. Sometimes, all I see there is a completely blank page. I can view other pages, but the main page is blank.

It happened again just now, so I tried a little experiment. I visited the forums page (bookmarked) and logged in. Now, http://www.arrl.org displays beautifully.

As soon as I logged out, http://www.arrl.org immediately displayed a blank page again. Even viewing the page source, there is nothing.

Certainly, I'm not the only one who ever experiences this.

Mike,

Thanks for the report. I verify that this happens for me running Google Chrome under Windows 7. (It would help if you would say what browser and what OS you are using, too.)

What I see is the following: If I'm logged in to arrl.org, then click "log out", I get the normal ARRL page, with a yellow note banner saying "now logged out". If I then reload the page (or if I go to my usual ARRL bookmark for arrl.org), I get the blank page.

However, the problem is easily cured by quitting the browser and then launching it again. You can browse the site without being logged in, just as you'd expect.

I would say this is a bug, but fortunately it's rare that people need to log out of arrl.org and re-access the site without quitting the browser too.

The direct way to report website problems is to use the "Contact the ARRL" link on the website ( http://www.arrl.org/contact-arrl ) and specify the Department "website support".

Thank you, Martin.
I'm using FF 11.0 and Win7.
