Hello, I will be installing two LED can lights in my shack ceiling. The power will be jumped from a 15A lighting circuit used for several rooms of the house. Is it ok and safe to put a snap-on ferrite bead on the 14/2 wire feeding each LED light? If so, what size bead and strength? Would it be effective? The LED light would generate the RFI, so choking the incoming power would do nothing. Do I have this right? Thanks for your input. -DL KK7NTU |
