No RTTY modulation with fldigi

Since replacing my crashed hard drive I have been having trouble getting fldigi to work. I finally managed to get it to key the transmitter, but there is no modulation, just two tones. Rig is FT-450D with SCU-17 interface, which worked fine before. |

RTTY modulation is just two tones if you are modulating a transmitter via the mic jack. |
