CAT-500 Macro programming

I recently acquired a repeater which uses a CAT-500 controller. Can anyone explain to me the step-by-step process to program and save macros for this controller. The manufacturer also hosts an on-line forum: http://www.catauto.com/forums/index.php There does not appear to be a forum for the CAT-500, but if you scroll down the page, there is an area for Troubleshooting and Help that appears to be generic there. I checked the HQ staff and none have used this product, but I bet if you repeat your post there, someone who has used that model will step forward and help.
