I received my General ticket after the requirement to test for code was dropped. If I want to use CW, do I have to take a code test and this be noted on my license, or may I use it without having to be tested? |

What is interesting is after they dropped the code requirements, the number of people learning CW has actually increased. I don't remember where I saw that but found it interesting. Slow speed CW can be found around 7.114 mhz most evenings. Also, check out the W1AW slow code practice on Wed, and Fri. 0200z (Tues and Thurs 7:00pm PST) |
