SECARS was formed as a consolidation of the Radio Amateur Society Of Norwich (RASON) and Tri-City CT clubs. The club will continue the purpose of furthering better cooperation among amateurs, developing individual skills and efficiency, furthering the interest of amateur radio in the general community and by serving the community in times of emergency. SECARS is a general interest radio club. We are also an ARRL affiliate club.
