This club was started in 1952 by W4NTO, Fritz Nitsch to offer help to new hams and those wanting to become hams, help with communications for community events & emergency communications. When Fritz died in 2021, he left the club enough money for us to purchase a permanent Club House which is where we hold all of our events. We maintain 3 repeaters, an emergency operating trailer, and participate in many on the air events. We are an ARRL Afiliate Club with most of our members being ARRL members.
